Terms of Service — Rite Way Plumbing

Effective Date: January 29, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://ritewayplumbingny.com (the “Website”) and any request you make to Rite Way Plumbing (“Rite Way Plumbing,” “we,” “us,” “our”) through the Website, by phone, email, or text. By accessing the Website or contacting us through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Questions: +1 (718) 996-0008 or steven@ritewayplumbingny.com. (ritewayplumbingny.com)

1) Website use and content

The Website is provided for general information and convenience. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security (including attempts to scan, scrape, overload, or introduce harmful code). We may limit or block access if we believe the Website is being misused.

We do our best to keep information current, but details such as service descriptions, hours, pricing ranges, and availability may change and may not reflect real-time scheduling. Nothing on the Website is a binding offer. For confirmation, please contact us directly.

2) Service requests, scheduling, and job conditions

When you request service, you agree to provide accurate contact information and the correct service address. You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area (including building entry requirements, approvals, keys, doorman/super coordination, clear space around fixtures/valves, and securing pets).

Many plumbing issues can’t be fully diagnosed until we inspect the system in person. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change due to conditions discovered on-site (hidden leaks, corrosion, prior non-code work, limited access, shutoff issues, or required parts). If additional work is needed, we will explain the reason and the options before moving forward when reasonably possible.

If the site is unsafe, inaccessible, or conditions prevent us from performing work responsibly, we may postpone, stop, or decline the job.

3) Payments, cancellations, and emergencies

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We may request a deposit for certain jobs, special-order parts, or multi-visit projects. Unpaid balances may be subject to reasonable collection efforts and any allowable fees.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as you can. Depending on timing and the type of appointment, a trip or cancellation fee may apply to cover reserved labor time and dispatch costs.

Emergency support may be available, but arrival times are not guaranteed and can be affected by traffic, weather, access, and current call volume. If there is immediate danger, contact emergency services and take appropriate safety steps (for example, shutting off the main water valve) if you can do so safely.

4) Warranty, customer-supplied items, and documentation

Any workmanship warranty (if offered) and any manufacturer warranties for parts or equipment will be described on your invoice or written scope. Warranty coverage may be limited by factors outside our control (misuse, pre-existing defects, water quality, lack of maintenance, or third-party changes).

If you provide fixtures, parts, or equipment, we are not responsible for manufacturing defects, missing components, incompatibility, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete items. Labor performed to install customer-supplied items may not be refundable once work begins.

We may take photos or short videos of the job site for documentation, quality records, or to explain findings. We do not intend to capture personal items; if you have privacy concerns, tell us before work begins so we can plan accordingly.

5) Third-party links, intellectual property, and legal terms

The Website may link to third-party services (maps, payment providers, social platforms). We do not control those sites, and their terms and policies apply. All Website content (text, images, logos, layout) is owned by Rite Way Plumbing or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rite Way Plumbing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to Website use. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Website; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
